To ensure your full satisfaction and full transparency, we don’t only ask for your oral feedback during the course, but have a detailed feedback session with a written form and oral feedback with the trainer every half a year.

We ask for your overall satisfaction in the different categories, such as the concept, the trainer skills and all aspects of the organisation and the service. The evaluation of the feedback is sent to the HR department every 6 months and discussed what can possibly be adjusted to meet your expectations better.
