To ensure that the trainer is using both the concept, games, the teaching and mistake correction methods we provide and to help the trainers improve their training skills even further, a master trainer or even a member of the board, visits the lesson of each trainer (up to a senior level) min. twice a year, watched them in class and gives them a feedback session on their training skills. They talk to the students and develop new methods how to even further improve our quality.
