To maintain the high quality of teaching and use the peer to peer synergies, aristocom international organises a Train the Trainer seminar every quarter.

New trainers are introduced and teach a short sequence to receive feedback by more senior trainers. We then work on teaching methods, whether it’s new materials we introduce, grammar teaching methods, how to cope with conflicts or similar. Afterwards we have a feedback round and talk about problems that may arise in lessons and how to cope with them and clarify all questions trainers may have.

Of course, socialising is an important aspect of these meetings, and a joint breakfast is not just a welcome break during the seminar but also a chance to meet other trainers who work with aristocom international.
